It's for people who want to be healthy and achieve an extraordinary level fitness.
The quality of our lives depends on five natural processes:
Breathing, Eating, Moving, Resting, and Cleansing.
How well we do each of them determines, and reflects, how healthy and fit we are.
In this blog I'm going to focus on practices from several disciplines that increases the body's ability to provide health and fitness through the effective use of those natural processes.
Whether you are a long time practitioner of an established system such as yoga, qigong, or one of the martial arts;
or are a week-end athlete who has developed your own workout routine;
or a long-time couch potato who has decided it's time for a change;
you are invited to share your insights, experiences or questions by posting them in the "Comments" section of this blog.
Look forward to hearing from you.
